Paul has been involved in steering AFIRE from a concept to an internationally recognised organisation. His main role and responsibility is to liaise with governments and fire service leaders to jointly determine the country’s needs. Paul is a Fire Officer for the Country Fire Authority in Victoria, Australia.

Jamie’s main role is to plan and coordinate the development of the fire service’s infrastructure, and operating procedures along with standardising equipment to ensure effective service delivery. Jamie is a Leading Firefighter with Country Fire Authority in Victoria, Australia.

With a background in project management and organisational structuring, Tarron looks after policy and procedure as well as making sure AFIRE meets its statutory obligations. He has also initiated many of our new systems including our new membership program.

David’s experience and expertise is in Leadership Education and Social Change. Prior to joining AFIRE he was responsible for coordinating a major leadership development program for one of Australia’s leading universities.  David provides AFIRE with guidance and support to meet its objectives.
